and human services secretary kathleen sebelius prepares for a capitol hill grilling on the website's rocky rollout. cnn has new information this morning about red flags raised well before the obama care site went live. cnn's brianna keilar is following all of this for us. what do we know? >> reporter: we've obtain a confidential report is serious warnings. i will tell you an obama administration spokesperson says this was not a dire warning but a list of things to do. when you look at it, chris, much of it reads like it was written in the weeks after the site launched, not before. almost a full month before healthcare.gov went live cgi, the main can thor working on the site highlighted glaring problems, a confidential report obtained by cnn raised red flags like we don't have access to monitoring tools, not enough time in schedule to conduct adequate performance testing and hub services are iter it mittently unavailable, meaning the site stops working at times. plainly stated warnings and yet they weren't passed on to president obama. he didn't know there were problems until after the site
